For the comfort of our guests, who have arrived from far away, our apartments are available free of charge. The apartments are in the building of our clinic, with practical equipped kitchen, TV set. In our courtyard you can park your car safely. The elegant furnished apartments ensure the undisturbed recreation of our guests.

Free transportation

Shuttle-bus: exclusively for our patients. If you wish to travel by plane, we offer our free service from the airport of Vienna or Bratislava. To book the service is necessary to communicate the flight details, arrival time and flight number. If traveling by train, and you tell us the arrival time of your train to Mosonmagyaróvár, we can also provide the same service.

Warranty

Guarantee is given by the dentistry and dental clinic where you get the dental treatment. Our dental clinic furnishes a guarantee for all dental restorations, but different types of work are covered by different guarantee conditions. The dental laboratory makes out a detailed Certificate of Guarantee for the patient after the dental work has been performed. With this warranty-card the dental laboratory guarantees that high-quality materials are used by our staff’s professional skills and expertise, our machines and the applied technology meet the highest requirements. In the case of proper use the dental surgery furnishes 1-3 years guarantee after building in your dental restorations.

For prosthetic work (crowns, bridges, inlays etc. but temporary replacements are not included!) 3 years guarantee and for any other dental replacement (e.g.: composite fillings, removable dental replacements) 1 year guarantee is given.

For implants there is a special so-called osseointegration guarantee given. Guarantee can only be claimed at our dental clinic in Hungary, and exclusively for the dental work that was done there. In the case if you have to return for a guarantee claim, and it is determined that your dental work falls under guarantee, dental replacements or restorations of the original work will be performed free of charge. Travelling costs are not part of the guarantee. 

We can’t furnish any guarantee in the following cases:

• • neglected mouth hygiene
  • leaving the dentist’s advice out of consideration
  • not proper use of dental restorations
  • omission of necessary yearly check-up
  • dental works which are considered as after-care treatments, e.g.: suture removal after an operation, underlining of dentures etc.
  • for temporary restorations etc

Insurance

We have a comprehensive professional practice insurance, but not for patients under foreign insurance. However, we are pleased to provide detailed receipts for any possible insurance claims residents abroad where you can check with your regular health insurance.

We are particularly concerned to offer very high quality treatment to our patients. Our professionals often use equipment from Western companies (Nobel Biocare implants, for example) without this meaning that their prices are too high. Experience means quality.

The quality of treatment is directly linked to experience acquired and maintained. A dentist fitting 300 implants per year will thus have better results than a practitioners performing this treatment only 50 times. Because of this, we work only with referenced specialists.
The quality of the equipment also depends on the number of patients

First we need to agree an appointment in our dental office. Then you have to book your flight. When you send us your booking confirmation, we organize the transfer (round trip from 'and the airport) and you can also book accommodation. But you can also come by car, by train or by bus.

We offer Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, English, German, French and Russian assistance in our clinic. Once Hungary has become a dental tourism destination, it is to our main concern to be able to welcome foreign citizens from the most varied areas and cultures, being able to show you on how to save more than half in dental expenses compared to prices in Western Europe.
We have several client (patients) coordinators with experience in organization and dental treatment planning eliminating waiting time, knowing the best ways to maximize your expenses, open for inquiries of service and prices and possibly educate the customer to treatments or possible alternatives.
We perform full personal monitoring of the arrival process to the airport or other land transport, ensuring customer satisfaction.
